These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website associationlo.org (“Site”), operated by the Association of the Louisville Orchestra, Inc. (“ALO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). 2. Mission & Purpose
ALO is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the Louisville Orchestra through fundraising, community engagement, youth programs, and audience development. All activities, events, and content on this Site are provided in support of that mission.

All donations made through the Site are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Event Tickets & Fundraising Purchases
Purchases for A la Carte events, fundraising activities, or raffle tickets are final. Raffle ticket sales are governed by applicable Kentucky gaming laws. Raffle tickets are non-refundable.
5. Raffles & Gaming Compliance
ALO operates raffles under Kentucky charitable gaming regulations.
Gaming License Number: EXE0002394 By purchasing raffle tickets, you agree to all rules, eligibility requirements, and legal restrictions associated with charitable gaming in Kentucky.
6. Youth Programs
Youth competitions, scholarships, and related programs may have additional rules or eligibility requirements. These will be posted on the relevant program pages.
7. Privacy Policy
ALO respects your privacy. Personal information collected through the Site (such as contact details, payment information, or event registrations) is used solely for organizational purposes and is not sold to third parties. A full Privacy Policy may be provided separately.
