WHAT IT MEANS TO BE AN ALO MEMBER

As an ALO member you will take pride in knowing that you are partnering with the Louisville Orchestra to keep the music playing. Your membership will help provide needed funding and you may also choose to deepen your support through a variety of fun volunteer opportunities.

How ALO Members Fulfill the Mission

  • Host or attend fundraising events and activities: A la Carte, Dine & Donate, etc.

  • Organize, staff and sponsor the Young Artist Competition

  • Attend Louisville Orchestra concerts and be an advocate in the community

  • Fundraising events and experiences

  • Education for young people, including organize, staff and sponsor the Young Artist Competition and help with LO Family pre-concert activities

  • Hospitality for member meetings and special events like Making Music concerts for 4th-5th graders

  • Membership enrollment and roster, including hosting membership table at concerts

  • Communications tools: newsletters, website, brochures, social media
