Bourbon tasting, a 4-course dinner at the beautiful Varanese prepared by Chef John Varanese and a presentation by Louisville’s own Peggy Noe Stevens who will entertain you with stories from her travels across bourbon country and beyond. You’ll receive a signed copy of her book, Which Fork do I use with my Bourbon, which includes a step-by-step guide to hosting a successful bourbon-tasting party, complete with recipes, photos and tips for beginners and experienced bourbon tasters alike.
