BAIN’S, BERRIES AND BOURBON

Step back in time to relive the era when the Old Fashioned Cocktail was created by Col. James Edward Pepper, a member of the Pendennis Club, and you would enjoy a meal enhanced by a special sauce created by then head waiter Henry Bain.

We will begin the evening with a cocktail hour and signature Old Fashioned Cocktail. This will be followed by a delicious dinner and dessert prepared by chef Andrew Smith (former chef at 211 Clover Lane). Throughout the evening Bob French will be entertaining us by playing the piano.

Chris Morris, Emeritus Master Distiller of Woodford Reserve, will enlighten us with the history of the Pendennis Club and its building, as well as the story behind the Old Fashioned Cocktail and Henry Bain’s sauce. Don't miss this enjoyable evening. It is sure to sell out quickly!
