About the Event
The Conrad-Caldwell House on St. James Court was built in the 1890s at the end of the Southern Exposition at which the Edison electric light bulb was used commercially for the first time. Tour this beautifully appointed Edwardian residence and hear an informative talk about the 1883-87 Southern Exposition. A cocktail buffet consisting of heavy appetizers will be served along with an assortment of white wines. Music will be provided by six members of The Swing Street Band. (25 guests)
